Acupuncture
All you need to know
Acupuncture is a therapeutic treatment that has been evolving since its origins in China for around 2,000 years. Today it is one of the most popular forms of complementary medicine around the globe.
As a core component of Chinese medicine, Acupuncture is a treatment used to ease a variety of symptoms and ailments, helping create the experience of health, relaxation and vitality. The focus of treatments is always holistic and the aim is not only to resolve the symptom you’re seeking treatment for, but also to generate positive changes in your health as a whole.
When an Acupuncture needle is inserted into the body, it stimulates the peripheral nervous system. This creates local effects in the tissues surrounding the needle, and wider effects in the central nervous system, which affect the body as a whole.

Homeopathy & Kinesiology
Health beyond Chiropractic
Combining Muscle Testing with Homeopathy to offer an individual-centred approach to healthcare, Systematic Kinesiology allows investigation of mental, emotional and physical health imbalances and helps identify, not only where each individual needs most support, but also which interventions are more most likely to improve wellbeing.
Treatments are gentle, non-toxic and non-invasive and include homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements where appropriate and advice on diet and lifestyle.
Both adults and children can benefit and the goals of the treatment are to support the achievement of optimum energy and mood, balanced hormone levels and body chemistry, good detoxification processes and gastrointestinal health, along with healthy blood-sugar levels and tolerance to a broad range of food groups.
